Sunset Retreat Policies:

$200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking groups. $50 for individuals booking for an open retreat, (deposit will be applied to the retreat balance upon check out). 30-day notice required for any cancellations and deposit will be forfeited. For group coordinators to receive a complimentary stay, there must be 25 paying retreaters. All monies and registration forms must be collected and submitted to Sunset Retreat by the coordinator no later than 30 days prior to scheduled retreat. A 5% late fee may apply.

2025 Rates: $105.00 per person, per night, two nights minimum. 

Check-in is 10am / Check out of room at 12 pm and out of building at 2 pm, subject to change.

A charcuterie bar and fruit tray will be provided on the day of arrival.
Dinner will be provided on the arrival date, for all retreaters, lunch and dinner for the days following. Brunch will be provided on departure day.
Continental breakfast, tea, coffee, Keurig, and water available 24/7. Cold sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper & Sprite) available for $1. Bottled water free.
Full size refrigerator/ freezer and Keurig with K-Pods are available for personal use.
The sitting room has DirecTV & Roku for streaming. High speed Wi-Fi from personal tower.
Massage, reflexology and machine maintenance are available with prior arrangements.
Smoking in designated areas: Outside Only.
Selling of product must be approved by owner prior to retreating.
Notify owner if wish to invite outside vendors prior to retreating.
"Opportunity" table is to consist of only craft related items.
